Designing a 40.17m2 Living Room – Dining Room of an Apartment, located in an apartment area within the city of Singapore.
To minimize too many redesigns, several existing elements in this apartment are maintained, such as the ceiling treatment and the white wall. Utilizing the existing dominant white color, propose to change the color of the interior doors to white to match the color of the walls.
Use furniture with a white finish to match the existing main color. Combined with several furniture with natural wood finishes that the client already owns, such as armchair sets and the dining table.
So it is also proposed to add furniture with natural wood colors that match the existing furniture; and with a little hint of black to match the color of the existing window frame.
Some furniture also functions as partitions so that the division of space can be seen more clearly.
The combination of white, natural wood or natural brown and a little black makes the living and dining room more homey and aesthetically pleasing.
